Salary: $210K – $255K

What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, with direct ownership over hiring, development, and day-to-day management.
• Stay close to the code and give meaningful technical guidance.
• Drive execution on a mix of product work and infrastructure, balancing short-term delivery with longer-term architectural health.
• Take on ambiguous, cross-functional problems and figure them out.
• Recruit some of the best engineers and help them do the best work of their careers.

Requirements

• You've run a winning engineering team and have the receipts.
• You're close to the code and technically credible and engaged.
• You've managed at a company that was actually figuring things out — Series A to C range.
• You have the judgment to operate without constant supervision.
• You've worked at a B2B company, ideally one with a technical or developer-focused customer base.
• You've shipped AI-powered products or features and understand what that actually involves.

Nice to have

• Background in developer tools or API tooling.
• Experience across the full stack, including infra and orchestration layers.
