Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Cultivate operational excellence by managing company cadence, QBRs, and performance reviews.
• Partner with the Head of Biz Ops to define core business metrics and support strategic product and financial planning.
• Scale the GTM engine by collaborating on customer segmentation, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks across marketing, sales, and product departments.
• Oversee hiring plans and craft internal company culture with a systems-design mentality.
• Manage special high-visibility projects and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of professional experience with at least 1-3 years in MBB, IB, PE, VC, or similar environments.
• 1-4 years of experience at a high-performing Series A-C startup in Business Operations or Product Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a structured, top-down approach.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management and building processes from 0 to 1.
• Technical aptitude including experience with spreadsheets, low-code tools, and basic SQL/Python.
• Must be located in New York City and capable of working on-site at the headquarters.
