What you will do

  • Own the full presales lifecycle from technical discovery and qualification to solution design and validation.
  • Lead complex security discussions, translating business risk into outcome-driven architectures utilizing the hirify.global platform.
  • Facilitate customer security posture assessments, maturity reviews, and return on security investment analyses.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  • Lead executive briefings, technical workshops, and proof of concepts to accelerate consensus.
  • Enable channel partners, MSSPs, and distributors to enhance their technical capabilities for joint enterprise opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native level Japanese fluency required.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Japan (no sponsorship).
  • 8+ years of experience in senior presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Deep technical expertise in MDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and incident response frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence both technical audiences and executive decision-makers in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of security standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS.

Nice to have

  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GIAC, Microsoft Security, AWS Security).
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a consulting or presales context.
  • Proven track record of supporting maturity reviews or executive-level risk briefings.
