What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for premium merchant partners.
- Deliver on revenue targets and drive incremental growth from existing merchant partners.
- Develop and execute growth strategies and account plans.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with merchants.
- Maintain a comprehensive and current database of merchant information and project documentation.
- Shape product and supply roadmaps to expand and innovate ’s payment network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in digital payments or fintech within account management, business development, or sales.
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of enterprise merchant dynamics.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across departments, regions, and time zones.
- Preferably proficient in Mandarin ( Speaking & Written )
