What you will do

• Build and maintain the AML/CFT compliance framework from scratch.
• Develop KYB policies that balance fraud prevention with onboarding efficiency.
• Establish robust transaction monitoring rules and incident escalation protocols.
• Manage regulatory relationships and ensure accurate filings and reporting (SARs).
• Design compliant operational policies across multi-PSP infrastructure.
• Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and adapt to emerging stablecoin and crypto-asset regulations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AML/CFT legislation, specifically US BSA/FinCEN, EU AMLDs, and MiCA.
• Proven track record of building compliance programs rather than just operating them.
• Ability to perform complex risk assessments and make defensible judgment calls in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills to draft clear and implementable compliance policies.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or the crypto sector.
