What you will do
- Define and communicate the game roadmap, strategy, and vision to key business stakeholders.
- Direct customer research and competitive analysis to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with programming, art, and design teams to prioritize backlogs and translate opportunities into clear requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics to drive iterative improvements in retention, engagement, and acquisition.
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning strategies.
- Provide mentorship to team members and actively participate in Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience making data-driven decisions in mobile free-to-play game development.
- Demonstrable experience iterating on games based on player performance data and user feedback.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proven ability to define and track relevant gaming KPIs.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
- Must be based in the UK.

- Proven track record of delivering a successful mobile free-to-play game.
- Experience achieving product-market fit specifically within emerging markets.
- Degree or Masters in a Business, Product, or Technology discipline.
