What you will do

  • Define and communicate the game roadmap, strategy, and vision to key business stakeholders.
  • Direct customer research and competitive analysis to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with programming, art, and design teams to prioritize backlogs and translate opportunities into clear requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics to drive iterative improvements in retention, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop go-to-market plans and product positioning strategies.
  • Provide mentorship to team members and actively participate in Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience making data-driven decisions in mobile free-to-play game development.
  • Demonstrable experience iterating on games based on player performance data and user feedback.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to define and track relevant gaming KPIs.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of delivering a successful mobile free-to-play game.
  • Experience achieving product-market fit specifically within emerging markets.
  • Degree or Masters in a Business, Product, or Technology discipline.
