What you will do
- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new named partners to generate net-new and cross-sell business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing platinum and named partners to ensure high renewal rates.
- Validate and approve deal registrations and manage partner data in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal resources to enable partners on product sales, tools, and technical support.
- Negotiate with partners and customers to ensure remains the preferred vendor in competitive environments.
- Conduct direct end-user coverage for sizeable opportunities and maintain detailed knowledge of the cybersecurity threat landscape.
Requirements
- Native Japanese level fluency required.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Japan without employer sponsorship.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume partner or customer portfolios and work towards aggressive sales targets.
- Strong experience in proactive outbound calling and managing mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and business tools like Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a bonus, but not required if sales experience criteria are met.
