Renewals Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the renewal and expansion of customer revenue by partnering with Account Managers and Channel Partners with an accent on pricing, contract alignment, and churn risk mitigation. Focus on validating complex quoting scenarios, analyzing usage data, and ensuring accurate Salesforce reporting for high-stakes cybersecurity accounts.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Japan (Tokyo area). The role offers a hybrid/remote work setup.

What you will do

  • Manage and execute the full cycle of subscription renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk to validate ARR and complex quoting scenarios.
  • Deliver validated renewal quotes to partners and customers 90-120 days prior to expiration.
  • Proactively identify at-risk renewals and coordinate mitigation strategies with account teams.
  • Consult with existing customers to provide feedback to Product teams on feature requests.
  • Maintain data accuracy within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ environments.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Japan.
  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, including advanced formulas and handling large datasets.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for professional engagement with internal teams and external customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity industries.
  • Experience managing forecasts in Clari.
