What you will do

• Develop strategic infrastructure and automation plans for enterprise clients.
• Design practical cloud and automation solutions featuring HashiCorp and RedHat technologies.
• Deliver proofs of concept and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Establish credibility and trust with customers to facilitate complex technology deals.
• Support sales teams throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle from discovery to closure.
• Advise on IAM-related solutions and alignment with customer business objectives.

Requirements

• Japanese: Negotiation-level proficiency in speaking and writing is mandatory.
• Must provide a CV written in Japanese.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing HashiCorp solutions.
• Knowledge of IAM tools such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping, or hirify.global Identity Solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RedHat Ansible.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project administration skills.
