What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the Americas PR strategy in alignment with global narratives and regional business goals.
• Drive proactive media outreach and reactive response plans while building relationships with key journalists in business and tech outlets.
• Manage external PR agencies across the U.S. and LATAM to scale media visibility and ensure regional cohesion.
• Identify and execute thought leadership opportunities for leadership, including speaking engagements and contributed content.
• Support reputation management and craft messaging for sensitive issues in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
• Track PR performance metrics, manage regional budgets, and report media outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of securing top-tier media coverage in national business and tech publications.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Strong strategic thinking and experience managing agency partners and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective storytelling.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights to demonstrate PR impact.
