What you will do

  • Monitor fraud trends, risk ratios, and operational leakage, providing regular insights and reporting.
  • Support new market launches by assessing regulatory frameworks, legal requirements, AML, and KYC obligations.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to optimize customer onboarding and transaction flows.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external risk and compliance partners while leading negotiations.
  • Support PCI DSS compliance, security audits, and broader regulatory readiness programs.
  • Build dashboards to provide leadership with clear risk visibility and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in risk, fraud, compliance, or payment security.
  • Strong working knowledge of KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, and risk controls.
  • Proven experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in emerging markets is strongly preferred.
  • English proficiency: Fluent (C1+) required.
