Location: Hybrid, requires 3 days per week in the Osterley office, London

What you will do

• Deliver value analysis on performance trends using existing tools to gain insights into Route to Market activities.
• Assess the impact of initiatives on both business performance and customer experience to inform future strategy.
• Collaborate across a matrix organization with Trading, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Own the performance reporting and presentation of insights to Lead and Head of Trading Performance roles.
• Build analytical models to identify issues and challenges in customer touchpoints and product penetration.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in the Osterley office 3 days per week.
• Strong experience in analytical modeling and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets in fast-paced commercial environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying findings to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across functional silos in a matrix organization.
