TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London or Leeds, 3 days in office per week)

What you will do
- Deliver world-class, intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms.
- Provide design vision and guidance while using research and data to align with business strategy.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and engineers to ensure solutions meet technical and user needs.
- Run workshops, create user journey maps, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency.
- Focus on accessibility, CX KPIs, and the development of scalable design systems.
Requirements
- Significant experience in large-scale digital product design across responsive web and native applications.
- Advanced Figma proficiency (prototyping with tokens/variables).
- Proven ability to use research methods and usability testing to reduce friction.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating impact in people, process, position, and product.
