Affiliate Performance Manager (Connectivity)

What you will do

• Manage weekly and quarterly reporting, analysis, and interrogation of affiliate performance against core KPIs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the affiliate programme, including incrementality of activities like price changes and vouchers.
• Produce insights and actionable recommendations to drive volume, revenue, and EBIT growth.
• Coordinate with the commercial team on quarterly plans and track risks vs. opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new strategic initiatives within the affiliate channel.
• Collaborate with digital, commercial, and finance teams to support informed decision-making by leadership.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and handling complex data sets.
• Experience in tracking and optimizing critical performance metrics.
• Ability to derive clear recommendations and storytelling from data, even with incomplete information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with an understanding of financial impacts.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Osterley, London for 3 days per week.
