What you will do

• Design and develop asynchronous REST API services using FastAPI.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines and intelligent agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Deploy and fine-tune local LLMs and manage RAG system architecture.
• Implement and manage containerization for scalable microservices.
• Work with vector databases and caching mechanisms to ensure high performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in backend AI/ML development.
• Higher technical education or specialized AI/ML certification.
• Proven experience in mentoring or coaching team members.
• Proficiency in FastAPI, asyncio, and asynchronous service development.
• Experience with LLM deployment, PyTorch, and RAG architectures.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
