What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and planning.
• Build and scale multi-agent systems with advanced orchestrators.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs and design robust prompt strategies with evaluation guardrails.
• Create scalable AI architectures for real-time decision systems using vector databases.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams to integrate AI models into production-grade services.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven track record of building production-grade RAG systems or AI assistants.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Practical experience with vector databases, embeddings, and information retrieval.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps tools.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI systems.
