What you will do

• Design and build ML/LLM solutions for data ingestion, knowledge extraction, and retrieval.
• Create datasets, metrics, and pipelines to drive measurable system improvements.
• Architect and optimize AI agents through prompt engineering and model selection.
• Contribute to MLOps practices, including orchestration, observability, and experiment tracking.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience building production ML/AI systems with hands-on LLM expertise.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures and fine-tuning approaches.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM pipeline design, and evaluation.
• Proficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI) and RAG patterns.
• Strong Python skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, or graph-based reasoning.
• Background in early-stage startups (zero-to-one phase).
• Experience in code analysis, developer tools, or software engineering research.
• Expertise in multi-agent systems or complex agentic workflows.
• Contributions to open-source projects or relevant publications.
