TL;DR

Partner Development Manager (Sales/Business Development): Establishing and developing long-term strategic partnerships to drive insurance distribution and sustainable business value in Estonia with an accent on driving cooperation, innovation, and profitable growth. Focus on leading business development initiatives, managing complex sales projects, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholder activities.

Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia. Role is office-based with hybrid work possibilities.

Salary: €2,900–€3,300 gross per month, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand insurance distribution and collaboration models.
  • Lead sales development initiatives, including goal setting and performance monitoring.
  • Support Baltic-level initiatives and ensure alignment with systems, compliance, and learning tools.
  • Identify and onboard new partners while fostering innovation in cooperation.
  • Coordinate partner-related activities including product development, contract negotiations, and joint promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and lead insurance-related projects with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Experience in managing complex sales projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent Estonian and English language skills are required.
