What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership to shape the direction of developer tools and internal platforms.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of fullstack engineers, fostering autonomy and a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product leads to prioritize initiatives, outline risks, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead the team’s ownership of technical architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of services.
• Define and implement efficient engineering processes, including CI/CD workflows and sprint management.
• Identify technical skill gaps and participate in hiring to ensure team capability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise with NodeJS and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services, serverless architecture, and microservices.
• Deep understanding of fullstack development, including DevOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and test automation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to shape technical strategy in a scalable SaaS environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with VueJS and PHP/Laravel.
• Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and AWS ECS.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms like AWS SQS or RabbitMQ.
• Strong background in database management (NoSQL, RDBMS, DynamoDB).
