What you will do

  • Identify and resolve pain points across digital and omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Leverage feedback and data analytics to prioritize improvements and guide evidence-based decisions.
  • Drive digital adoption and stakeholder autonomy through the implementation of innovative service tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure delivery of optimal and usable customer solutions.
  • Construct and analyze CX dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture by aligning internal departments around shared experience goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brussels.
  • 3+ years of experience in a CX-focused role within B2B or B2C service industries.
  • Proven track record of managing or contributing to CX transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Language proficiency: English plus Dutch or French required.
  • Experience with digital tools, AI, help centers, and knowledge base platforms.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
