What you will do
- Identify and resolve pain points across digital and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Leverage feedback and data analytics to prioritize improvements and guide evidence-based decisions.
- Drive digital adoption and stakeholder autonomy through the implementation of innovative service tools.
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure delivery of optimal and usable customer solutions.
- Construct and analyze CX dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and operational efficiency.
- Champion a customer-centric culture by aligning internal departments around shared experience goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brussels.
- 3+ years of experience in a CX-focused role within B2B or B2C service industries.
- Proven track record of managing or contributing to CX transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Language proficiency: English plus Dutch or French required.
- Experience with digital tools, AI, help centers, and knowledge base platforms.
