What you will do

• Manage and process claims from start to finish.
• Assess claim validity based on specific policy conditions.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone.
• Calculate settlements and handle payments.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• English proficiency required along with at least one other European language (French, Dutch, or German).
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in translation, law, or business administration.
• Self-motivated and curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Must be located in or able to work from Brussels.
