What you will do
- Oversee full-cycle production of SSI events including logistics, hiring, execution, and post-event reporting.
- Manage a portfolio of high-volume concurrent events while hitting strategic and financial targets.
- Develop and manage complex production budgets, identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Provide leadership, training, and performance management to a team of local associate and junior producers.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, talent, and third-party service providers ensuring company quality standards.
- Ensure legal compliance, safety regulations, and proper permitting for all event productions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in live event or experience production.
- Previous management experience overseeing 3-10 direct reports.
- Strong background in vendor negotiation, production budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different cities.
- Deep understanding of technical production elements including lighting, sound, and scenography.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
