What you will do

• Oversee full-cycle production of SSI events including logistics, hiring, execution, and post-event reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of high-volume concurrent events while hitting strategic and financial targets.
• Develop and manage complex production budgets, identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management to a team of local associate and junior producers.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, talent, and third-party service providers ensuring company quality standards.
• Ensure legal compliance, safety regulations, and proper permitting for all event productions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in live event or experience production.
• Previous management experience overseeing 3-10 direct reports.
• Strong background in vendor negotiation, production budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different cities.
• Deep understanding of technical production elements including lighting, sound, and scenography.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
