What you will do

• Support directors with project scheduling, team coordination, and asset pipeline tracking.
• Identify project risks and communicate progress to ensure realistic timelines and expectations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Administer internal and external game testing and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze marketplace trends and assist in onboarding new team members to internal tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Videogame Producer.
• Must have successfully shipped at least two videogames in a Producer role.
• Expertise in Scrum methodologies and asset pipeline management (art, VFX, SFX, audio).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and narrative tools like Articy or Arcweave.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in creative tools such as Photoshop, Blender, or Figma.
• Located in Seattle, Los Angeles, or Edmonton.
• International and multilingual experience.
