What you will do

• Lead development teams and manage schedules across multiple departments to ensure milestones are agreed and delivered.
• Coordinate production schedules and create realistic milestone content in collaboration with team leads and management.
• Manage project budgets, including resource identification, spend tracking, and financial projections.
• Control project scope and manage changes to prevent feature creep and ensure alignment with expectations.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget, and design goals while continuously assessing project risks.
• Coach and mentor junior production staff to foster growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Shipped at least 2 successful AAA games in a production management role.
• Proficiency in project management software including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices.
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively within a multicultural team under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
