TL;DR

Delivery Producer (Gamedev): Leading the end-to-end development of an ambitious mobile game with an accent on scaling processes and teams from concept through to global release. Focus on managing large-scale teams of up to 150+, ensuring technical delivery on Unity, and coordinating production roadmaps to meet strict quality and KPI standards.

Location: Hybrid or onsite in Limassol, Almaty, or Belgrade. Relocation assistance available for those ready to move to these hubs.

What you will do

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initial concept to release and post-release support.
  • Scale production processes and teams, overseeing growth to 150+ members.
  • Coordinate cross-functional producer efforts to ensure product vision alignment and team synergy.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and act as the primary KPI guarantor for the project.
  • Define and execute project roadmaps while maintaining clear documentation and task management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in game development project management.
  • Experience managing large teams of 30+ individuals.
  • Deep expertise in mobile mid-core or hardcore project development using Unity.
  • Proven track record in managing outsourcing teams and pre-release production stages.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience working alongside executive stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in high-growth, large-scale production environments.
