What you will do

• Manage end-to-end design delivery, ensuring roadmaps are resourced, scoped, and executed predictably.
• Lead core design rituals including critiques, reviews, and handoff checkpoints to maintain high quality standards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to navigate delivery timelines, identify risks, and make scope trade-offs.
• Govern and scale design systems to ensure consistency across mobile, wearable, and kitchen appliance surfaces.
• Coach and mentor product designers to elevate their craft and ensure accountability in a high-pressure environment.
• Optimize design workflows and processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and shipping velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design with proven management or delivery ownership.
• Strong English communication skills for global cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience operationalizing design in complex, multi-surface product ecosystems.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools.
• Ability to work flexibly across international time zones (US ↔ Korea).
• Deep understanding of design systems, UI frameworks, and accessibility standards.

• Experience in food, health, wellness, or behavior-led product domains.
• Background in global tech or hardware companies with a software services layer.
