Location: Remote-first, with a hub in Warsaw. Open to global remote work, provided candidate can align with distributed team schedules (US ↔ Korea).

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end design delivery, ensuring roadmaps are resourced, scoped, and executed predictably.
- Lead core design rituals including critiques, reviews, and handoff checkpoints to maintain high quality standards.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to navigate delivery timelines, identify risks, and make scope trade-offs.
- Govern and scale design systems to ensure consistency across mobile, wearable, and kitchen appliance surfaces.
- Coach and mentor product designers to elevate their craft and ensure accountability in a high-pressure environment.
- Optimize design workflows and processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and shipping velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design with proven management or delivery ownership.
- Strong English communication skills for global cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience operationalizing design in complex, multi-surface product ecosystems.
- Expertise in Figma and modern design tools.
- Ability to work flexibly across international time zones (US ↔ Korea).
- Deep understanding of design systems, UI frameworks, and accessibility standards.
Nice to have
- Experience in food, health, wellness, or behavior-led product domains.
- Background in global tech or hardware companies with a software services layer.
