What you will do

• Balance product design initiatives across both web and mobile app platforms.
• Conduct and manage ongoing user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Lead the design and conceptualization of features from the quarterly roadmap.
• Maintain and evolve the design component library to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure effective handoff and high-quality implementation.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize design workflows and internal processes.

Requirements

• Must be located within the EEA.
• Non-U.S. residency is mandatory for this position.
• 8+ years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio covering web and mobile.
• Mastery of Figma, including advanced component management.
• Proven ability to solve complex UX problems through research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design vision and lead team reviews.
