What you will do

• Write and iterate on onboarding flows, feature education, in-app journeys, and progress feedback.
• Translate complex behavioural science strategies into motivating, easy-to-follow storytelling and copy.
• Develop reusable copy patterns and templates for assessments, check-ins, and user reinforcement.
• Review wireframes and prototypes early in the design process to advocate for user-centered language.
• Identify friction points and cognitive overload, proposing structural improvements to increase user motivation.
• Analyze drop-off and engagement data to run copy experiments and refine product journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital products.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Experience working on behavior-driven products such as health, education, fintech, or habit-building apps.
• Proven ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive and empathetic language.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful in-product flows and user-centered copy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, and behavioural stakeholder teams.

Nice to have

• Background in health, nutrition, or behaviour change fields.
• Familiarity with behavioural frameworks such as COM-B models.
• Experience writing for personalized or adaptive product experiences.
