What you will do

• Build and maintain software systems to detect, track, and attribute AWS cloud costs to relevant teams and workloads.
• Develop automated tooling to identify cost anomalies, regressions, and over-provisioned resources in Kubernetes.
• Partner with Data Science to refine forecasting models and unit economics projections.
• Analyze infrastructure usage patterns to identify and remediate cloud spend inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement and validate technical efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Bellevue, WA office 3 days per week.
• Strong experience operating production systems in a cloud-native AWS environment.
• Practical expertise with Kubernetes and capacity planning.
• Background in infrastructure, platform, or data-heavy systems where scale and cost trade-offs are critical.
• Ability to communicate technical recommendations effectively to partner teams.
