Salary: $218,025 — $256,500 USD

Requirements

• You have at least 8 years of experience in software engineering.
• You’ve designed, built, scaled, and maintained production services as they evolve over time.
• You have a high bar for product excellence, pairing customer obsession with comprehensive observability.
• You empower and cultivate your teammates.
• You take pride in being up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• You’ve worked on active trading systems or other similar high availability financial systems.
• You actively trade crypto or other financial instruments.
• You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from startup to mid-size).
• You have experience upgrading significant parts of legacy systems, or re-architecting next-generation versions of existing systems.
• You’ve worked with Golang, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake before.
