What you will do

• Manage booking inquiries and commercial partnerships via telephone, email, and third-party channels.
• Develop customer accounts to drive revenue for Eindhoven and Maastricht locations.
• Prepare and manage event function sheets for the banqueting department.
• Host meetings and provide on-site coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain effective follow-up systems to secure repeat business and provide post-sales service.
• Collaborate with the finance team on invoicing and payment processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Delft/Rotterdam area.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability in cross-selling and upselling.
• Positive, hands-on, and service-oriented team player.
