What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between military customers and engineering teams to translate operational needs into product strategies.
• Support the deployment of software solutions at government facilities and military bases.
• Lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and program engagement.
• Identify and integrate relevant mission datasets into the product workflow.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance
• 4+ years of experience in US military logistics or sustainment roles preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel 25-50% for customer engagements
