What you will do

• Collaborate directly with end users to design and deploy software solutions for critical logistics challenges.
• Own the full feature lifecycle from prototyping and system integration to performance optimization in the field.
• Drive complex cross-functional projects by aligning engineering, product, and design goals.
• Monitor and improve system reliability through instrumentation, metrics analysis, and iterative patching.
• Balance rapid short-term delivery requirements with long-term system maintainability.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time for software deployment, field testing, and direct user support.

Requirements

• Active U.S. secret security clearance (top secret preferred)
• Proficiency in Go, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript
• High ownership mindset with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading customer-facing technical interactions
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or complex operational domains
• Background in logistics or supply chain management
• Cloud infrastructure experience including AWS and Kubernetes
• Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or machine learning
