Salary: $133,000–$200,000 (aligned to compensation zones).

What you will do
- Lead the tax team in collaboration with product, legal, and finance to identify risks and opportunities for new initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive income and indirect tax requirements for new product launches.
- Drive system requirements and testing for tax compliance in partnership with engineering and data teams.
- Lead tax structuring for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
- Conduct tax due diligence for potential investments and manage post-acquisition integration.
- Monitor changes in tax law and manage external subject matter expert advisors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of corporate tax experience within a law firm, Big 4, or corporate tax department.
- Solid understanding of corporate income tax concepts, M&A transactions, and foreign operations.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to distill complex tax concepts into actionable advice for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
