Salary: $180,000–$270,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

• Own technical vision and execution for hirify.global Chain, the Tokenization Engine, and Wallet services.
• Design and build core high-scale, distributed services supporting core blockchain and financial product initiatives.
• Write production code and lead complex technical implementations across the platform.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on technical leadership.
• Drive technical standards in reliability, observability, security, and developer practices, including AI-tooling adoption.
• Align technical strategies with adjacent organizations and company-wide goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale, distributed production systems.
• Expertise in backend development using Go, Python, or Java.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to work in the office at least 3 days per week in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY.
• Strong system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals.
