What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developer clients to drive upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets through prospecting and qualifying new leads.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including forecasting and updating CRM data.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and collateral to facilitate the closing process.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights to management.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure progress toward regional objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales roles, preferably within the real estate or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust with key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business plans.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model as required by the office location.
- Professional proficiency in English for reporting and communication.
