Location: Must be based in the UK or EMEA region for remote collaboration.

What you will do
- Define and execute regional GTM partner strategies in alignment with the VP and Regional Directors.
- Identify and manage key GTM partners including ISVs, SIs, Hyper-scalers, and VARs.
- Drive net-new sourced business and incremental revenue through the partner ecosystem.
- Provide continuous training and enablement to partners, with a focus on in-person engagement.
- Continuously review and iterate on GTM strategies to adapt to market and industry changes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience driving GTM activities across channel, technology, cloud, and GSI partner types.
- Existing relationships with key partners in the EMEA market.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to navigate a high-velocity environment.
- Passion for ecosystem-led growth and collaborative sales execution.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
