What you will do

• Build and mentor a creative design team from the ground up, including hiring and onboarding.
• Define and implement efficient creative processes, workflows, and high design standards.
• Oversee the production of high-performing marketing creatives while ensuring brand alignment.
• Optimize production speed by at least 2x through AI-powered tools and automated workflows.
• Transition the team to modern creative solutions and maintain scalable production systems.
• Contribute hands-on design work during high-priority creative production cycles.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a Design Lead or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor a design team from scratch.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing creative production.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, CapCut, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools and bulk generation workflows into creative processes.
• Operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and rapid output.
