What you will do

• Design user flows for a web product with a focus on conversion.
• Create landing pages and marketing pages that convert, and continuously improve them based on data.
• Generate hypotheses with the product team, prepare options for A/B tests, and analyze their impact on the funnel.
• Work with analytics to observe user behavior, identify problem areas, and propose solutions.
• Support and develop the design system in Figma, ensuring consistency.

Requirements

• Understanding of UX/UI principles: why an element is placed where it is, how hierarchy, composition, and typography work.
• Proficient in Figma: components, auto layout, variants.
• Visual sense and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn quickly and grow in product design.
• Portfolio with case studies (pet projects are also acceptable), showing the thought process, not just the final layouts.

Nice to have

• Understanding of how funnels and conversion work.
• Understanding of basic product metrics (ARPU, Retention, DAU, etc.).
• Understanding of Data-Driven and MVP approaches.
