Solutions Engineering Manager (Infrastructure/Cloud): Leading and mentoring a team of customer-facing architects to drive technical adoption of the modern infrastructure platform with an accent on pre-sales strategy, cross-departmental alignment, and customer success. Focus on scaling the solutions engineering organization, optimizing technical win rates during the sales cycle, and collaborating with product and sales leadership to deliver high-impact cloud infrastructure solutions.
Location: Must be based on the East Coast of the United States
Compensation: $250,000–$280,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6–10 customer-facing solutions architects.
- Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to review opportunities and ensure successful technical evaluations.
- Define and execute strategic plans to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Monitor team performance metrics and market data to refine engagement strategies.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding to maintain a high-performing, diverse team.
Requirements
- Must be based on the U.S. East Coast.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing technical customer-facing teams such as solutions architects or professional services.
- Deep familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, application modernization, and Open Source technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
