Location: Must be based on the East Coast of the United States

Compensation: $250,000–$280,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6–10 customer-facing solutions architects.
• Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to review opportunities and ensure successful technical evaluations.
• Define and execute strategic plans to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Monitor team performance metrics and market data to refine engagement strategies.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding to maintain a high-performing, diverse team.

Requirements

• Must be based on the U.S. East Coast.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing technical customer-facing teams such as solutions architects or professional services.
• Deep familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, application modernization, and Open Source technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
