What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based perinatal and postpartum support virtually.
• Develop personalized care plans for expecting and new families.
• Maintain consistent client engagement via SMS, phone, and video conferencing.
• Document all interactions in proprietary client software accurately.
• Coordinate with local in-person doulas for patient handoffs when appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.

Requirements

• California residence and active Medi-Cal enrollment required.
• Certification/training as a birth or full spectrum doula from a recognized organization.
• 5+ years of experience as a doula.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse families in a virtual environment.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts involving evening and weekend on-call components.
• Comfort with learning and utilizing new telehealth technologies.
