What you will do

• Design and develop infrastructure for training and deploying frontier AI models.
• Aggregate and orchestrate global compute into a unified control plane.
• Build systems for reinforcement learning, including secure sandboxes and verifiable evaluations.
• Collaborate on the development of the end-to-end RL post-training stack.
• Solve complex engineering problems to enable researchers and enterprises to adapt models to real-world workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building complex technical systems.
• Strong background in AI, distributed computing, cryptography, or systems programming.
• Meaningful contributions to open-source projects or mastery of multiple technical domains.
• Demonstrated ability to think rigorously and execute complex projects independently.
• Capacity for rapid learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Proficiency in English.
