What you will do

• Lead client onboarding and implementation from scoping to go-live within budget and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Develop and implement repeatable frameworks for project execution and service management.
• Establish structured governance models to maintain alignment and manage project risks.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to address client requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, client success, or consulting within financial services or fintech.
• Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.
• Must be an EU/EFTA national or hold a valid Swiss work permit (no sponsorship available).
• Proven domain expertise in wealth management and investment advisory platforms.
• Strong background in platform implementation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Agile/Scrum Master or SAFe certification.
