What you will do

• Define technical strategy and architecture for the company's CMS ecosystem across multiple products.
• Lead the development and optimization of high-performance frontend interfaces and infrastructure.
• Oversee code quality and maintainability through rigorous code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver complex content-driven features.
• Improve development workflows and processes to minimize bottlenecks and enhance team productivity.
• Architect backend services and ensure seamless integration between content management tools and core platform services.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js (App Router).
• Proficiency in managing full i18n lifecycles and integration with translation systems like Crowdin.
• Solid background in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, and designing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with monorepo tools (NX, Turborepo) and SEO performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
