What you will do

• Analyze commercial performance to identify revenue growth levers and optimization opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for new market entries and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards to track commercial KPIs like LTV, CAC, and ARPU.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into player behavior and competitive market dynamics.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign performance and cost efficiency.
• Present strategic recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders to influence business direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial analysis experience in gaming, fintech, or high-growth tech.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets capabilities for financial modeling.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
