What you will do

• Lead and conduct complex analyses and requirements-gathering exercises.
• Establish and champion best practices for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor and guide less experienced Business Analysts.
• Contribute to the development of the BA function by defining methodologies and standardized processes.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar.
• Proven experience in mentoring others or leading complex project streams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in leading business analysis for cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products.
• A professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
