What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and measure strategic initiatives that improve marketplace performance.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
• Design and implement A/B experiments to evaluate new strategies and measure business impact.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks to continuously monitor marketplace health and surface emerging opportunities or risks.
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders, proactively identifying questions to ask, hypotheses to test, and opportunities to pursue.
• Drive alignment across departments by presenting data-driven perspectives that clarify trade-offs and guide prioritization.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear, human-centered solutions that drive business impact.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in communicating to executives, non-technical stakeholders, and external clients.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and experimentation design, including A/B testing.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
