What you will do

• Translate high-level business solutions into detailed technical specifications to ensure alignment across teams.
• Analyze requirements, facilitate requirements-related meetings, and manage the product backlog.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for existing and new features.
• Perform solution validation to confirm that functionality meets business needs.
• Collaborate with licensees to identify requirements and help them maximize product value.
• Support the development team throughout the full software development lifecycle for smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (Product Manager, Product Owner, System Analyst).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) written and spoken proficiency required.
• Profound expertise in business and system analysis of complex software systems.
• Understanding of web protocols and data formats: HTTP, TCP/IP, WS, SOAP, JSON, XML.
• Proficiency with API investigation tools (Postman, Swagger) and Browser DevTools.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, wireframes, and diagrams using tools like Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the iGaming domain.
• University degree in computer science, economics, engineering, linguistics, or marketing.
