What you will do
- Lead the acquisition, pricing, and management of receivables portfolios to balance risk and profitability.
- Develop forecasts and KPI reports to provide actionable management insights.
- Guide and empower a motivated team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Establish frameworks to monitor and minimize portfolio risks.
- Collaborate across internal teams and with external stakeholders to improve processes.
- Utilize automation and data-driven insights to refine forecasting models.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in credit or portfolio management, specifically within the debt collection industry.
- Deep understanding of NPL investments, pricing, and valuation models (DCF, scenario, and sensitivity analyses).
- Analytical mindset with experience in statistical performance analysis (cohort/vintage analyses, backtesting).
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required; Python for modeling is a plus.
- English: C1+ required; leadership experience and communication skills.
