What you will do

• Lead the acquisition, pricing, and management of receivables portfolios to balance risk and profitability.
• Develop forecasts and KPI reports to provide actionable management insights.
• Guide and empower a motivated team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Establish frameworks to monitor and minimize portfolio risks.
• Collaborate across internal teams and with external stakeholders to improve processes.
• Utilize automation and data-driven insights to refine forecasting models.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in credit or portfolio management, specifically within the debt collection industry.
• Deep understanding of NPL investments, pricing, and valuation models (DCF, scenario, and sensitivity analyses).
• Analytical mindset with experience in statistical performance analysis (cohort/vintage analyses, backtesting).
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required; Python for modeling is a plus.
• English: C1+ required; leadership experience and communication skills.
