What you will do

• Devise, implement, evaluate, and iterate on statistical methods to enhance trading strategies.
• Collaborate closely with senior researchers on diverse trading projects.

• Navigate quantitative and technical challenges to advance research methodologies.
• Apply machine learning techniques to large, complex datasets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York City office at least 3 days a week
• PhD preferred, or an Undergraduate/Masters degree with equivalent industry experience in machine learning.
• 2+ years of applied machine learning research experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, R, Matlab, or C++.
• Solid mathematical and analytical ability with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative whiteboard skills.
